Personal Training
Sport and exercise have always been a passion of mine, since a very young age. My main sport is football and I also have experience in badminton, rugby, basketball, volleyball and boxing. I started weight training when I was 16 and have not looked back.
My career goal has always been to be involved in the sport and fitness industry, aiming to help people. I studied HND Coaching and Development Sport at North East Scotland College and have a BSc (Hons) degree in Exercise and Health Science at the University of Aberdeen. In order to help as many people as possible, I am expanding my services as a Personal Trainer.
Personally, I have been on different diets and my weight has fluctuated massively over the years. I have been in your position. Now, having achieved my goals, I want to use my skills, experience and knowledge to help improve you as an individual.
As a Personal Trainer, my goal is to have the most positive impact I can on the lives of the people I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. Whether it’s weight loss, build muscle, improve functionality, or just a change of lifestyle, please don’t hesitate to get in touch or stop me for a chat in the facility.
